My Dream Speech Ladies and gentlemen  Today, I want to share with you my passion for teaching. As a future educator, I believe that every child deserves a chance to succeed. Growing up, I had amazing teachers who inspired me, supported me, and pushed me to be my best self. They showed me that education is not just about academics, but about building character, confidence, and compassion. As a teacher, I promise to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. I want my students to feel valued, heard, and encouraged to take risks. I'll make learning fun, relevant, and challenging. My goal is not just to teach subjects, but to teach children how to think, how to learn, and how to grow. I want to help them  discover their strengths, passions, and purposes. I believe that education has the power to break cycles of poverty, inequ...

My final Presentation: conquering excel Dashboard  A week after my initial struggles with creating an Excel dashboard, I found myself standing in front of my class, ready to present it. The pressure was on—it wasn’t just any presentation, it was my last one. I knew I had to make it count. The previous week had been a whirlwind of trial and error, but somehow, I had managed to piece everything together. Creating the dashboard had been difficult at first. The formulas were tricky, the layout seemed complicated, and I constantly doubted whether I could pull it off. But with a lot of persistence, I finally understood the logic behind it all and put together something I was proud of. Even though I was more confident than before, the thought of presenting it to the class still made me nervous. When it was time to present, I took a deep breath and began explaining the dashboard—how I created it, the data behind it, and the features I included. I f...

Presenting My Business Research: A Week of Discovery and Presentation This week, I dived into business research, a crucial step in building the foundation for my newly created business. The task wasn’t just about gathering data; it was about understanding my target market, industry trends, and identifying opportunities for growth. The more I researched, the more I realized how important it is to have a deep understanding of the business landscape before launching any product or service. I spent hours analyzing competitors, customer needs, and potential challenges my business might face. I gathered both qualitative and quantitative data, making sure to back up my findings with credible sources. Once the research was complete, the next step was presenting it. This part was a bit nerve-wracking, as it involved sharing my findings with others, including mentors and potential partners. To ensure my presentation was clear and impact, I focused on highlighting the most important i...

My Journey Back to School: Mastering Excel Dashboards  After a month-long break, I returned to school with a fresh mindset and a desire to learn something new. One of the main things I was excited to dive into was Excel, specifically how to create dashboards. At first, it seemed overwhelming. The formulas, charts, and design elements felt like a maze. But I was determined to push through the difficulty. Slowly, I began to understand the logic behind it all, and with some practice, I started seeing the bigger picture. It wasn’t just about numbers—it was about turning data into a visual story. The process was challenging, but incredibly rewarding. By the end of the lesson, I had successfully created my first dashboard. It felt great to tackle something difficult and come out successful. I’m excited to continue improving my skills and see where this newfound knowledge will take me.
